Shipping policy

All products purchased will be carefully wrapped and packaged to the best of our ability to minimise the likelihood of the product becoming damaged in transit. In the instance your item becomes damaged in transit please contact us so we can arrange the most suitable rectification to the issue. All items will be shipped in an appropriate padded satchel or box and your items will be individually wrapped with recycled paper packaging and newly sourced recycled bubblewrap. All items available for immediate dispatch will be sent within 2 business days since the date of purchase and you will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel.
